Aaron has a strong preference for software and SaaS companies with recurring revenue, quality management, a scalable product that solves a problem, and a team that focuses on sales and customer service. He is unlikely to consider non-software related businesses.
He does not invest in startups, but will consider those companies with at least $1m of recurring revenue ready to scale. He is an “early stage high growth”investor, and is not able to add the same kind of value to startups or angel investment level businesses.
