In order to save your time and align your investment pitch:

​Aaron has a strong preference for software and SaaS companies with recurring revenue, quality management, a scalable product that solves a problem, and a team that focuses on sales and customer service. He is unlikely to consider non-software related businesses.

He does not invest in startups, but will consider those companies with at least $1m of recurring revenue ready to scale. He is an “early stage high growth”investor, and is not able to add the same kind of value to startups or angel investment level businesses.

Please do not submit any proposals or requests for the following

• property development or mezzanine finance lending,
• short term securities trading, currency trading or any form of derivatives trading,
• angel level investing,
• immigration sponsorship, or job requests
• seeking portfolio investment advice (Aaron is not an AFA)
• ​companies focused outside of the NZ, Australian and USA markets
• anything Bitcoin or crypto related.​
